Connectivity
We operate our own national BGP multi-homed network connecting multiple data-centres to provide the stability our clients rely on. Through the use of multiple routers in VRRP and multiple BGP4 carriers we can provide high availability conectivity for mission critical services housed in N+N data facilities with dual redundancy on power, cooling and connectivity.
The network core, which operates at multi-gigabit speeds is located at the
heart of the UK internet, in Telehouse East & Telehouse North, London Docklands.

Due to the nature of the services we provide, SynergyWorks is passionate about support. The support escalation team is available 24x7x365 via telephone to ensure your issue is handled by a suitable engineer anytime of the day or night. Dedicated Server customers also benefit from a 4 hour hardware replacement SLA 24x7x365.

SynergyWorks are UK specialists in providing high quality linux dedicated servers and windows dedicated servers. A Dedicated server offers you the ability to lease a whole server for your own use with full root or administrator access. All Dedicated servers are connected to our redundant multihomed BGP network utilising multiple routers in VRRP to ensure high availability. We located all servers in a state of the art data-centre on the Kent Science park ensuring that you receive the uptime your business requires. Dedicated Servers are suitable for projects ranging from web development, hosting multiple websites, high traffic / busy websites, reselling web hosting, VoIP, consolodation through the use virtual servers, out of office backups, email servers and much much more. Many clients use dedicated servers due to the flexability they offer over shared hosting or colocation. In the unlikely event your dedicated server experience hardware problems, complete spare chassis are kept onsite to move your disk(s) to in a matter of minutes. UK Server Colocation & Rackspace
Alongside dedicated servers we also specialise in server colocation & lockable rackspace. Server Colocation is simmilar to a dedicated server but allows you to situate your own hardware within a high specification uk datacentre with access to a high speed low latency connectivity. Colocation has both advantages and drawbacks over Dedicated Servers. Server Colocation allows customers the ultimate flexability in their hardware choice and configuration while Dedicated Servers are backed by SynergyWorks hardware replacement SLA allowing us to replace failed dedicated server components within a matter of minutes 24x7x365. Additionally our dedicated servers only use the latest generation Dell Poweredge server hardware to ensure reliability. Our UK colocation packages are based at the Kent Science Park, a secure science and research campus in the south-east, featuring 24/7/365 security staff, automatic fire suppressant, UPS and Diesel generators along with redundant intenret connectivity. Windows VPS Virtual Servers & Linux VPS Virtual Servers
SynergyWorks windows vps or linux vps virtual servers are hosted using 8 or 12 core Dell Poweredge hardware running hardware Raid 10 and at least 32GB RAM per vps node. Windows virtual servers are available with windows 2003 or 2008 and Linux virtual servers are available with CentOS 5.x or Ubuntu linux. Windows virtual servers include full administrator access via Remote Desktop and centos linux virtual servers include full root access via SSH (secure shell). Virtual Servers are the ideal solution for who customers do not require the power of a full physical dedicated server but still need the flexability a self managed server offers. We are also confident that our windows VPS and linux VPS offerings rival, if not better, some of our competitors dedicated servers as SynergyWorks virtual servers are full virtual dedicated servers provided using a hardware hypervisor unlike some of the windows vps or linux vps offering you will see elsewhere.
