Dear All.

Our backup connectivity has been restored into Maidenhead restoring connectivity to the vast majority of customers.

Unfortunately the primary connectivity back to London is still down (eta to fix: 90 minutes). This will effect any internal LAN connections customers have between Maidenhead and London and/or Kent, although your external connectivity should now be working. It will also effect any customers terminated on London IP addresses (such as long-standing customers who migrated with us when we left London and wished to keep their existing IP addresses). If you are still offline you are not routed locally in Maidenhead. If this is the case, going forwards I would suggest contacting our helpdesk to arrange a migration onto our Maidenhead routers.
