Dear Customer.

We are still operating on backup connectivity into Maidenhead so services here should be considered ‘at-risk’ and routing into the site may be less than optimal.

I have just received an update from the engineers working on the primary switching stack and they have unfortunately experienced some setbacks during the repair. Good progress is now being made and they expect our primary connectivity to be restored by 23:30hrs.
