This is a quick reminder that maintenance to the power systems at KSP will be starting in approximately 5 hours.

Maintenance Start: Sunday 21st February 2010 - 00:15hrs
Maintenance End: Sunday 21st February 2010 - 04:15hrs

I would urge any customers still unsure as to their service's location (and thus if they are effected) to raise a support ticket on our helpdesk as soon as possible.

Customers who are effected and wish to have their systems powered down cleanly need to ensure servers are shut-down before 00:05hrs on 21/02/2010.

The SynergyWorks website and support helpdesk will be available throughout; and I will ensure regular updates are posted at http://www.synergyworks.co.uk/support/ under the news section.

Please note that due to health and safety reasons rack and colocation customers will not be permitted onsite during the maintenance.

An all-clear notice will be issued once these works are complete. I once again thank you for your patience while we endeavour to prevent a repeat of last year's power problems.
